RETURN / RUFUND POLICY
Items can be refunded if returned within 30 days of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Unfortunately we do not offer a refund on opened or used products and do not offer exchanges online.
Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and these are non-refundable.

We will notify you once your return has been received and approved. Please note the refund will be processed to the original method of payment. We recommend using a tracked service to return the goods to avoid the risk of item misplacement.

Please note we have a handling period of up to 1-3 days, We endeavour to dispatch all orders received before 12pm AEST (Monday – Friday) on the same business day. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. During peak and promotional times, please allow 2 extra business days for dispatch.
