RETURN / RUFUND POLICY
Items can be refunded if returned within 30 days of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Unfortunately we do not offer refunds on opened or used products or sale items and we do not offer exchanges online.
Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and these are non-refundable.

We will notify you once your return has been received and approved. Please note approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment. We recommend using a tracked service to return the goods to avoid the risk of item misplacement.

For hygiene reasons, we are unable to exchange or refund for change-of-mind or incorrect item purchases. All sales are final for items in our clearance and/or sale section and for any major sales.
SHIPPING POLICY
Please note we have a handling period of up to 1-3 days, We endeavour to dispatch all orders received before 12pm AEST (Monday – Friday) on the same business day. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. During peak and promotional times, please allow 2 extra business days for dispatch.
All parcels are sent via Auspost which is a postal service not a courier service, Tahlia Jayde Shop is not liable for lost parcels. Tahlia Jayde Shop is not liable for shipping delays that may incur via a postage third party.
In the case that an unforeseen postage delay occurs, the Tahlia Jayde Shop team will help to resolve the issue immediately to the best of our ability with the customer and postage partner.
